Get to know me.

Christine Molinaro

I am a creative & compassionate leader. I have learned to lead with my head and my heart, it not only reduces stress but reduces the risk of burnout in the workforce for you and your teams.

Abilities that are most often associated with great leadership—intelligence, vision, decisiveness, and others—come from the head. They allow leaders to guide teams to perform at a high level, increase profits and make an organization look good on paper.

Compassionate leadership is necessary for modern leaders who want to navigate their people and organizations to sustainable success and a brighter future. There might have been a time when compassion was viewed as a weakness. Those days are long gone in my opinion. Today, we as leaders should be treating our people with a greater sense of caring and humanity and respect the unique attributes and qualities each person brings to the team and organization. This is what I aspire to do every day and can immediately impact an organization.

Empathy is incorporated into my personal and professional life. I would rather live a life as a decent human being, recognizing that every person is a significant individual in my life. Sometimes that means not always providing what they want, but what they need. As I inspire people and show them that I am willing to put forth the same effort I am asking of them, allows growth.

I am a Jersey girl, still residing in NJ with my family, married 20 years, raising two teenagers and a lovable french bulldog. I love the color PINK. I love the beach, the island of Aruba is one of my favorite vacation spots. I love beautiful skies and interior design. I am obsessed with elephants.

Most of all, I love spending time with my family. Balancing family and a career is never easy, but when you love what you do, it makes it a lot easier.
